The ONE thing I did that helped my nutrition

Today I want to go over with you the one thing I did to help my nutrition stay where I wanted it to be.  I think we’ve all been there; we know what we want our nutrition to be in terms of our goals.  If they’re fat loss, muscle gain, switching to a more intuitive approach, whatever, nutrition is a huge part of that.  We know where our nutrition should be but are confused about the approach we should take.  There are SO many resources out there that tell us eat this not that, skip breakfast, don’t skip breakfast, etc.  Even I was feeling confused and I’m going through my fitness nutrition training learning about this stuff!  I knew I needed to switch things up with my nutrition to reach my goals, understand intuitive eating more, and get some accountability to stick with an approach.

Here’s the one thing I did to help with that…

I hired a coach. 😱 Yep.

The best coaches that I’ve seen and interacted with, have coaches and trainers for themselves!

They know that in order to grow and learn, they need to practice what they preach and hire a trainer.  So that’s what I did.  I joined an online bootcamp and then subsequently joined an online membership program.  It gave me the tools I needed to be consistent, it gave me accountability, it gave me a community of like-minded women to support and be supported by, and it helped me continue my knowledge of training and nutrition that I can bring to you guys!

I wanted to tell you this because if you are stuck, or confused or need a little push and direction, reach out!  You are not going to change things if you keep doing what you’ve been doing in the past.  If those old habits aren’t working for you and you need an extra push to be more consistent with your workouts (if that’s what you want), more consistency in your nutrition, you want to stop dieting, but don’t know how, reach out.  Don’t keep doing it on your own and doing the same things you’ve been doing and expecting different results.
