At Home Lifting Bootcamp

Welcome to my At Home Lifting Bootcamp!

The purpose of this 6-week boot camp is to kick start you into a consistent schedule of working out and living a healthy life. Most everyone knows they need to workout and eat healthy consistently but turning this knowledge into action is difficult. Achieving a healthy lifestyle takes consistency and accountability. I want to help you achieve the health goals you desire by being your accountability and resource!

The price of this boot camp is a new low price of $54!
This price includes:
-6 weeks of workouts
-Access to videos that show you each of the workouts
-A sample meal plan along with recipes of meals I eat daily!
-Access to a private Facebook accountability group

You will need some equipment for the workouts in this bootcamp.  A few of the movements require dumbbells, kettle bells, and a stability ball, so it would be helpful if you had those pieces of equipment. These workouts are designed so you will be able to do them within your own home or right outside (sprints will be included in this bootcamp).  This bootcamp will begin Sunday, August 27th.
