Been a little bit since I’ve posted something, but I was hiding away painting our house, keeping a tiny human alive and happy, and writing a new workout program for you all!
My family and I loooove skiing. It’s something we’ve done almost every single year since I was 2 years old. Yes, I was on skis from about the moment I could walk and talk. However, each year the few first ski trips were followed up by sore muscles and aches and pains that always come from working muscles you’re not used to working.
I know how easy it is to neglect our workouts during the winter because it’s cold and gloomy outside. Who wants to workout when it’s cold? I’d rather just stay under a blanket and drink hot chocolate all day. Who’s with me?! Alas, we mustn’t neglect our workouts just because it’s cold.
I wanted to be able to provide a quick workout guide that would help you stay in shape over the holidays and get those legs ready for ski season! All of these movements can be done at home with only a set of dumbbells! I wanted to leave no room for excuses so the price is only $15!
