HIIT Training Program

Welcome!  I’m so glad you’ve decided to take charge of your health and head into the holidays with a plan!  My new 5 week HIIT Training Program will whip you into shape, make you work hard, and yield some awesome results.

This program includes:

  • 5 weeks of workouts (4 workouts per week)
    • All workouts can be done from home with just a set of dumbbells!
    • All the workouts are usually only 20-30 minutes long!
  • Demo videos of each exercise
  • Comprehensive nutritional guide
  • Access to me (your very own personal trainer!) via email for questions, form check, accountability, etc.
