I wanted to expand on my Nutrition Coaching program I launched last week. I’ve had a few questions about the program and thought I’d answer them here…
- What is included?
You’ll get 2 coaching calls a month with me, a hunger/food log (not to track calories but eating patterns and hunger levels), sample meal plans tailored to fit your individual goals, constant access to me via FB messenger, voxer or email to tweak anything as you go through the program.
2. Will I have to track calories or macros?
No. I only have my clients track calories or macros if they are wanting to see specific details or to find deficiencies for a short period of time. I don’t think tracking macros or calories is sustainable longterm and I want to teach you how to be more intuitive with your eating habits while also going for fitness goals, if that’s what you want.
3. Will I have a meal plan to follow?
I will provide sample meal plans tailored to your specific goals, HOWEVER, you do not have to follow them exactly. They are designed to get you started and give you guidelines to follow, but you can certainly go ‘off plan’ as you feel needed or as you begin to get used to what you need and can create your own meal plan.
4. What if I follow my own workout plan?
That’s why I created this custom nutrition coaching! It’s for people who want to follow their own workout program, but would like help with the nutrition piece. I will take into account what you do in daily life, as well as any training you’re also doing, and factor that into your program.
5. How much does it cost?
It’s currently $75 per month, but I’m offering a deal for those who know they want multiple months up front. If you sign up for 3 months, you’ll get 10% off!
